Well we are busy making plans for our return to Italy. The anticipation builds. Our good friend Emmanuelle said it so well, and I quote “Finally you finished your holidays in Australia! Time to come back home!”. I must say that planning for this trip is actually quite easy as we know exactly what to expect.
