Just completed the first leg from Brisbane to Bangkok. We managed to snaffle the front seats next to the bulkhead so there was plenty of leg room, also a spare seat between us. The down side was we could see into the business class section just in front of us and I must say it looked inviting with it’s full lay down beds and giant tv screens.
Flight was uneventful other than the big cougher behind Di, needless to say she wasn’t impressed. Flight was about eight hours and a little tiring. I’m shot already and we are not even half way there. In flight entertainment was good managed to see the new “Jungle Book” movie which I wanted to see.
Coming through the transit lounge was an experience, for a minute there I thought that I would have to strip off down to my undies (not a pretty sight), I had to take off my shoes, belt, watch and Di had to take her cardigan off as well. Then through the full body scan machine. Arms up, feet apart, I’m sure there’s a room full of security guys somewhere drinking beer and laughing at their screens as they watch it all unfold.
We have a two hour wait before the next leg, we switch from Thai Airlines to Lufthansa for the Bangkok to Frankfurt leg.

Lucky on the seats…
Hey that’s pretty cool already seeing the Tarzan movie, it only starts here today. What would you give it out of 10? I think this Tarzan is over-rated, Lee you’re definitely better looking than him, no kidding, maybe not the same abs, but Di would know that better than me – huh! x
